We aim to ship your order as soon as possible, so your feathered friend isn’t kept waiting! All orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way.

Rates and delivery estimates

Once processed, orders will be delivered within 5-8 business days. Please note that we currently only deliver within the United States.

There is a flat standard shipping fee of $25. Enjoy free shipping with orders over $100.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has taken flight, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please note that it may take 48 hours for tracking information to appear. If it isn’t available after 2-3 days, please contact us.

Returns and refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re unhappy with your products for any reason, please contact us. Orders can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
